Rental Terms and Conditions
Rental time is determined at the time of booking and depends on the delivery location. The time
frame is at the desecration of Dream Day depending on that location delivery. Special rates are
available for longer term rentals. All prices are subject to change without notice.
A rental deposit is required at the time of booking.
A Deposit  of 1/2 your total rental order Is required to book your rental and reserve your date.
A Security deposit for each rental item is held, not charged against your credit card for rental items
damaged or not returned.

Balances due are payable on or before contracted delivery/time.
*Balances paid by check or credit card must be paid one week prior to delivery date*Balances paid
in cash are due on delivery date. Cancellation prior to delivery date/time will be subject to loss of
deposit, Two week notice to cancel or 50% Charge. You may cancel your order without loss of
deposit ,if order is cancel two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date only. No refunds on any
unused rental items. . There will be a charge of Twenty five dollars, to reschedule delivery ,if  you
are not available to except delivery at contracted  date and time . There will  also be a charge of
Twenty five dollars, to reschedule  contracted pick-up/removal  date. Rented Items  that we are not
able  to be picked-up on contracted  removal  date ,will be charged the rental per day unit price for
each additional  day not returned.
You as a renter are responsible for Dream Day Creations items from the time of possession to the
time of pick-up. You acknowledge that prior to taking the rental items ,items are in good condition,
except for any defect noted on Delivery Ticket. We will charge and invoice the renter for
replacement cost of  missing , lost or damaged  rental items . You assume all risk inherent with the
use of the item(s) and hold the dealer harmless from, any hereby release dealer from any claims for
damage to property or bodily injury resulting from the use of the said item(s). Dream Day's rental
items must remain at ship to Address and can not be transported or relocated to any other location
without the written consent of Dream Day Creation. Failure to return rented property, falter or
relocate rental item(s) under the terms of this contract will subject the renter to criminal prosecution
and loss of deposit.

UMBRELLA ORDERS:
NO REFUNDS ,RETURNS or EXCHANGES on Umbrella Orders
Orders may be cancelled 48 hours after order is placed to receive Full Refund Only.
All items shipped are insured against damaged.
Damaged shipments received are the responsibility of the carrier. Contact the carrier (UPS or USPS)
for orders received damaged for information.

Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery.
